Once the votes are read the decision is final the person voted off will be asked to leave the tribal council area immediately...

The rules of Survivor State... that if a hidden immunity idol is played votes cast against the person who played it will count and the person with the next highest total will be eliminated.
These are both idols. No votes cast Shannon and Jed will count. They are the only two immune.
