Will we get penalized for not participating in the live portion of Challenge 4?

I have to work and I work nights in a 100 year old building basement... I am PST and I will be going in at around 7pm PST and won't get home until around 11pm PST... Depending on the challenge, I can take the iPad and hope that my hotspot will come in down there.. but the ghost seems to dislike modern technology...

you won't be penalized... your team might take a while to finish but you particularly won't be punished.
