Tribal Council will last 24 hours... in this span you must submit your vote in your confessional and also answer your question. If you do not vote you will receive a self vote (unless you have a boot list). 2 self votes back to back or 3 total self votes and you may be removed.

The people who participate the most. Obviously, in Penner's case, it's excusable that he wasn't very active this round.

~Absolutely not, just because I happen to do the only person who worked on it doesn't mean anything unless this was "crucial" we win. Unfortunately I didn't pull my weight all this time and had some slack.
